PostSocial is a web tool to help businesses schedule and publish content to social platforms. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Enable 2FA when possible.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate platform rules.

3. Acceptable use

• No spam, malware, scams, or illegal content.
• No impersonation or phishing.
• Comply with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platform policies.
• Do not attempt to break or overload the service.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us permission only to process and deliver it to platforms you choose. You are solely responsible for what you publish.

5. Payments

Paid plans (if enabled) are billed according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply. Demo/test payment modes may exist during setup.

6. Third-party services

The product integrates with third parties (Google, Meta, TikTok, Stripe, analytics). Their terms and availability are outside our full control.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that posts will always succeed on every platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or content loss. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the last 3 months (if any).
